What We Do
Our Real Estate practice includes representation of buyers and sellers, including individuals and businesses in real estate transactions. We handle all aspects of the closing, from coordinating with lenders, title companies, surveyors and real estate agents, to drafting and assisting in execution of the transfer documents. We realize that real estate transactions are stressful and often time sensitive, so we communicate with clients every step of the way to work toward a smooth transfer of title.
In addition to handling residential and commercial real estate transactions, our attorneys prepare documents for use and management of real estate, including easement agreements, boundary line agreements, mortgages, land use agreements, and deeds retaining life use. We also represent landlords and tenants with regard to commercial and residential leases. Our representation includes negotiation, preparation, and review of leases and property agreements.
Our attorneys also have extensive experience litigating land use, ownership and quiet title disputes, including right-of-way disputes, encroachments, adverse possession, tax assessment and foreclosure, and curing title issues.
