Casidhe Gilboy
Biography
Casidhe Gilboy focuses her practice on municipal law, civil and commercial litigation, and personal injury cases. In addition to her private practice work, Casidhe has experience as a municipal attorney.
Casidhe was born and raised in Elmira Heights, NY. She graduated from Campbell University in North Carolina. She came back to NY to start her career at Maggs Law Offices, PLLC.
At Maggs Law Offices, Casidhe’s responsibilities include legal research, drafting motions, conducting depositions, and developing and implementing litigation, discovery, settlement and trial strategies. Casidhe has tried cases in both federal and state courts. She has litigation experience in personal injury, commercial (contract) litigation, US Constitution rights violations and malicious prosecution. Casidhe also acts as legal counsel to various municipalities and assists clients in navigating local laws.
